Negative Pressure Induced Droplet Generation in a Microfluidic Flow-focusing Device
Direct implementation of negative pressure at the fluidic channel outlet involves the use of an Elveflow Pressure Controller. We have successfully demonstrated the effects of negative pressure on droplet formation. We are also able to produce droplets on demand with the droplet volume proportional to pressure pulse period.
